Big Earner by The Polished Mafia! Pictures, Swatches, Review!

Hello everyone!

I know, I know, I suck at blogging lately. But this post is about a polish that makes me want to shout from on top of a mountain about about much I love it!

This is Big Earner from the Mafia collection from The Polished Mafia. The creator, Sam, is actually a good friend of mine I met through the polish groups and she is so kind and SO talented. I actually am really proud to say I helped inspire this one! I wanted something green (obviously) that full of body and sparkle, but subtly luxurious, like money and jewels. Mmm.. Yeah. Like really expensive emeralds. I have been dreaming of a polish like this forever and Sam totally made my dream come true. It exceeded every expectation I had!

Big Earner is a lustrous emerald green holographic polish. This is two coats for extra oomph. It was super saturated with colour and sparkle. It has real depth to the colour, not totally a creme or metallic base, more.. shimmery. Easy to apply, it was a good thicker consistency and stayed where you put it while applying. No pooling or clumping. Nice and smooth. Of course my pictures don't do it justice, it has more of a linear effect in real life and I love how it sparkles. I also love that the holo is still prominent without totally changing or greying the emerald green. The colour still pops!

(Outside on a not-so-sunny day)

You can buy The Polished Mafia from her shop here: http://thepolishedmafia.storenvy.com/ :) She has a ton of beautiful colours ranging from holos and glitters to cremes and even a new collection of textured polishes! She even has mystery grab bags and will do custom polishes if there is something YOU have been dreaming about and want it to come true! I promise you will love them! I can't get enough!

Oh and here is my IG pics of Big Earner!!

Hope you love it as much as I do! Thanks for stopping by!

a-England St George! Oh and I'm back!

Hi. *hangs head*
I've been gone for awhile, I know. But I am back now! I have a stunner today, a-England St. George. Holy crap, this is a good polish. Deep green-y teal. Perfect formula. Smooth and glides on. If you're careful it is a one coater. Its got a scattered holo that comes alive in the sun. It is super gorgeous!

a-England can no longer ship worldwide due to silly Royal Mail and their polish laws but it is available at Llarowe and Ninja polish :)

Daring Digits Popped!

Hey polish people!

Today I am wearing Daring Digits Popped over Color Club Poptastic! The weather is starting to warm up here in NB (even though it just snowed two days ago....) but this manicure is perfect for this sunny day!

This has got little circular glitters in rainbow colors and bigger rainbow coloured shard glitters! When I say rainbow I literally mean rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue & purple :)

This is two coats of Popped and the glitter distributed nicely, I pushed some of the big ones around on the second coat to get the look I wanted. I like how this turned out, a different take on rainbow glitter. I like the randomness of the shards and I like the ratio of shard to little glitters!

Look how bright and happy this polish is? I am a huge fan. I am so happy to have this polish in my collection. It is a great colour for summer.

Something I love about Daring Digits is the size of the bottles and also the price. This is "mini bottle" and is 9ml! That means this will actually last me a long time. For reference a full size aEngland is 11ml, and a full size HITS is 8ml. This mini bottles are such a nice size. Her full size bottles are 16.5ml! That is a BIG bottle! Standard bottle size (OPI, CG, etc) is 15ml. Full size bottles retail for $8, and mini's for $4. The quality is great too. It is a great bang for your buck! Also her CS is great. When I had a question about my order, I had a response the very next day! She also runs some great sales, with reasonable shipping costs, even to Canada!

What do you think of this mani?

Enchanted Polish Wish Me Good Luck Swatch

Heyooooooo

I know, I know.. Been a couple weeks since my last post. I'm back though! Hi!

Up to bat is Enchanted Polish Wish Me Good Luck. This is from the Love A Lot of Glitter collection, and its Care Bear themed! This one has got a clear base with lots of little sizes of green glitters and then black squares, bars, and huge hexes. I think there are also a few blue squares and iridescent glitters in there too.

It was a little thick but applied nicely enough. I put two coats over one coat of Elevation Torres de Paine. In theory, I should love this... green? black glitter? big glitter? iridescent glitter? It should be in the bag. And don't get me wrong, its super funky and cool. And pretty in its own right. I just am not feeling it as much as some of her other polishes I suppose. I guess I am not totally in love.

First picture is indoor lighting, second is with flash.
