Illamasqua Purity - Swatch

Today I'm sporting a wonderful Illamasqua polish, Purity. I picked this up at Sephora with my sister in mind. Whenever she is over and in my room, she stares at my nail polish racks and comments on how I own so many oranges, but none that are lighter, & more, in her words"Cantaloupe" shades. I don't usually go for lighter colours though.. but when i saw this one, I had to buy it. Both she and I were impressed and very happy with it.

It is a creme from the Toxic Nature collection (I'm still lemming Radium). Its pretty close to a cantaloupe colour, more of a fleshy peach. It's light, but it's not pastel. It manages to be pretty vibrant. It actually looks good on my skin tone (!) but I think it would look even more amazing on people with darker skin. I can imagine it would pop really nicely.

This is two coats, great formula! I love the quality of Illamasqua polishes, they haven't disappointed me yet!

The colour is clean, and does feel pure to me. Although I don't wear a lot of lighter colours lately, I'm really happy to have this colour in my collection :)
