One of my favourite (and Canadian!) online polish retails, Harlow & Co are hosting a Valentines Day nail art contest!
This is my entry!
I used Picture Polish Fairy Floss for the base (from Harlow & Co) & then the plaid was done with striping tape, a LOT of dry time, Color Club Poptastic, & OPI Kiss Me On My Tulips! I added hearts on the ring finger and thumb and topped it all in topcoat.
